Only granted to older adults
It is or people with disabilities who live alone, lacking relatives forced to give help or people living together, and who are bedridden or with restricted mobility.

The granting of service in nuclei made up of more than one cohabitant may be evaluated, if all of them have severe disabilities or disabling diseases or lack forced relatives.

The requirements to be met by the worker occupying the social assistance position at home are:
 a) maintain adequate social and moral conduct.
 b) Medical certificate attesting to stable health status, absence of risky pathologies and a history of psychiatric disorders.
 c) Over 18 years.

Delivery of resources to relatives with critical situations.

The award is exceptional, based on serious situations of health, disability or lack of income due to the impossibility of working.

The resources are marketed at an unsubsidized price in retail trade units, subordinated to retail trade companies, from having the financing in the plan, for the acquisition of the same, and may also use merchandise from abandonment, seizures and tourism disasters.

The form of payment will be using the following modalities:

 a) By checks, between companies with charges to social assistance.
 b) Cash payment by the beneficiary.

When the insufficient income of the family nucleus to buy resources is demonstrated, a monetary cash benefit is granted, equivalent to the partial or total value of its sale price.
