Change, addition, modification or deletion of name and / or surname.

To authorize the change, addition, modification or deletion of name and / or surname, it will be required that the person proves documentary to be known socially by the names or surnames that they request, or when those that they have make up words with characteristics that are uncommon to the generality of the used in society or with which facts, objects, animals or things are identified.

Birth registration out of term:

• Sworn declaration
• Medical expert report certifying your approximate age.
• Evidence documents
• Negative birth certification.

Late marriage registration

• Authorized copy of the document by which the act was formalized.
• Any other document or evidence admitted in law.

Registration of diffusion out of term

• Medical certificate of diffusion if it exists
• Certificate of the place where the corpse was buried or cremated or witnessed the death.
• Statement of two witnesses who have seen or found the body or witnessed the death.
• Negative death certificate.
• Any evidentiary document admitted in law.

Sworn declaration. The presentation of the identity card of the applicant and of the witnesses, as appropriate, will be requested.

Acknowledgment of filiation (from parents to children. Will be presented.

• Identity card of the mother and father.
• In the case of Cubans residing abroad or foreigners, the copy of the acknowledgment deed authorized by a Notary Public and the document issued by the Directorate of Immigration and Aliens will be required, proving the dates of entry and exit from the country of these people.

Formalization of marriage. The parties will contribute to the registrar.

• Identity card
• Evidentiary certifications of the marital state.
• Medical certificate of the woman who had terminated her marriage bond within 300 days of said extension, in which it is proven whether she is pregnant or not.
• Authorization of the parents to formalize marriage to those under 18 years of age, in the case of women up to 14 years of age and men up to 16 years of age also completed.

Reconstruction or total or partial re-registration of pages:

• Identity card of the person promoting the management.
• Request brief
• Certification stating the destruction of the seat.
• Evidence documents.

The request for registration procedures may be by the interested party or by legal, voluntary representation or under legal representation.

Marriage Palace

The marriage palaces are registry offices of the Civil State dedicated exclusively to the provision of the service generated by the marriage section.

The request can be submitted by:

To request the registration of a property in the property registry, the following documentation is presented, article 7 of Resolution 114/07.

  1. The title to be registered with the following requirements
  2. Nature of the property and its physical description, specifically, when it comes to a building, its technical-constructive characteristics.
  3. Its location, surface, measures and boundaries, specifying in the case of buildings, the total surface of the property, differentiating the surface  and the & nbsp; free, expressed in the decimal metric system.
  4. The legal justification for the acquisition of the land, in the case of the deeds of description of the work.
  5. The load if the intended use and its value existed.
  6. Nature of the right expressed in the title, length, burdens, limitations and value.
  7. Generals of the transferor and the acquirer, their marital status and name and surname of the spouse.
  8. Specification of the authority or official title that issued it and its date.
  1. Document of the entity from which you request the registration and the accreditation of the representation in the corresponding cases.
  2. Proof of payment of tax on the processing of assets and inheritances, when applicable.
  3. The titles that prove the transfer of the property between the title whose registration is requested and the previously registered if they are owned, or those that prove the transfers of the property and is not registered in the registry.
  4. The cadastral certification in the case of buildings that are ordered blocks, those that are subject  of business with foreign capital and new state-owned works.

Terms for registration.

  • 10 business days from the filing of the request.
  • The term can be extended to 30 more business days, if other documents are required to be requested outside the registry, to verify the validity of the title.
  • The deadline for registration of State properties is 30 business days from the issuance of Resolution of the Director of the Entity.

To register your home you must provide

The updated Property Title that must contain

  • Nature of the property (Urban or rural)
  • Location
  • Description (Type of property and its component parts)
  • Measurements and boundaries, occupied area and total area
  • Legal value or price.
  • Nature of the right
  • Holder or holders with their complete generals
  • Transmitter of the right with its complete generals.
  • Official or authority that issued the title.
  • Identity document of the person requesting registration or representation in the corresponding cases.
  • Proof of tax payment if your requirement corresponds.

The property request is made in the following cases and deadlines

1-Transfer of domicile or other real right by notarial instrument or resolution judicial.
