To request the registration of a property in the property registry, the following documentation is presented, article 7 of Resolution 114/07.
- The title to be registered with the following requirements
- Nature of the property and its physical description, specifically, when it comes to a building, its technical-constructive characteristics.
- Its location, surface, measures and boundaries, specifying in the case of buildings, the total surface of the property, differentiating the surface and the & nbsp; free, expressed in the decimal metric system.
- The legal justification for the acquisition of the land, in the case of the deeds of description of the work.

- Nature of the right expressed in the title, length, burdens, limitations and value.
- Generals of the transferor and the acquirer, their marital status and name and surname of the spouse.

- Proof of payment of tax on the processing of assets and inheritances, when applicable.

Terms for registration.
- 10 business days from the filing of the request.
- The term can be extended to 30 more business days, if other documents are required to be requested outside the registry, to verify the validity of the title.
- The deadline for registration of State properties is 30 business days from the issuance of Resolution of the Director of the Entity.

- Legal value or price.
- Nature of the right
- Holder or holders with their complete generals
- Transmitter of the right with its complete generals.
- Official or authority that issued the title.
- Identity document of the person requesting registration or representation in the corresponding cases.
- Proof of tax payment if your requirement corresponds.
